Anya Taylor-Joy

Anya Taylor Joy (born April 16th 1996) was born in Miami Florida. Dennis Alan Taylor is a retired banker and Jennifer Marina Joy is a psychology. Her father is Argentine, of Scottish-English descendance. Her mother is of Spanish and English heritage. Taylor-Joy is the youngest of five children from her father's prior marriage. Buenos Aires was her home until the age of six when the family moved to Victoria at the time of London. Taylor Joy said the move from Buenos Aires, to Victoria was a struggle and she didn't study English, hoping to go home to Argentina. Hill House became her school preference after she was required to switch schools. Then she attended Queen's Gate School in London, where she took ballet classes as well as participated in the drama department. When she reached the age of 16, Taylor-Joy dropped out to pursue a full-time acting career. Taylor-Joy was born to be an actress at a young age. Her dreams were realized when Sarah Doukas, the founder of Storm Management offered her a modeling job.
